Wrinkles And Pimples Together On Ileana's Face

A recent photograph of Ileana shows both pimples and wrinkles on her face at the same time. Now pimples are a sign of emerging youth and wrinkles are a sign of setting in worries.
What worries does this young lass have, in such a young age? No one knows the exact answer, but people close to the actress says that the actress is worried about the way competition is catching up, and she fears that the day is not far off when her top position would be toppled.
