Sneha works hard for better shape

Walking for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of jogging is the secret of my sensuous body. “I’m very particular when it comes to fitness. If I miss out on my daily workouts, I feel very guilty. Also, when I gobble something extra, the guilt strikes me and I vow not to repeat it,” says Sneha. She also believes that the treadmill and floor exercises at home are more than enough to keep her in shape. But with a chain of movies lined up, daily exercise becomes secondary. Sneha finds the six-pack abs on guys extremely sexy but when it comes to her own body she says, “I am not satisfied with my body and I am working on it!”
“Work comes first. So if I am shooting with a tight schedule, I don’t exercise, but I make sure I do yoga,” she adds. Sneha, who’s given up her love for high calorie food, prefers brown bread and egg white with lots of fresh juices for breakfast. She admits, “My mouth waters when I think of my favorite dishes but then I console myself by looking in the mirror. But when it's highly irresistible, I don't mind freaking on them. I am trying to become a vegetarian these days. I opt for veg dishes as much as possible. Home food always tops my list.”
