Recently Mahender, a junior artist who is playing dupe to Ravi Teja died on the location of Ravi Teja and Anushka starrar, produced by Suresh Productions. As per the requirement of the scene, Anushka reportedly pushed the dupe Mahender into the river and he was drowned to death in the river.
