Item girl-turned-actress Mumaith Khan seems to be on a roll. The sultry actress latest film, Punnami Naagu,directed by Kodandarami Reddy was launched on 9th April at Annapurna Studios. Guest E.V.V.directed the muhurat shot for which writer Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao switched on the camera and Taraka Ratna sounded the clapboard. The film is produced by C.Vijaya Kumar Goud. "This is an experimental film" director Kodandarami Reddy, who had earlier worked with Yendamuri Veerendranadh, said. He also announced that film will commence it’s regular shooting shortly. "This film does not have a snake taking revenge but instead it falls in love" writer Yendamuri Veerendranath said ‘The money that I get through this film will be donated to the orphanage that I am building in Kakinada."
