Pavan Kalyan’s first wife Nandini today filed petition in the high court challenging the judgement given by first additional metropolitan magistrate of Visakhapatnam court. According to Nandini, even though Pavan Kalyan and Renu Desai are living together, court simply dismissed the case saying that there are no proofs about their marriage. In the petition filed, she had listed Pavan Kalyan as first accused, Chiranjeevi as fifth and Allu Arvind as eleventh accused. Already two cases, first one for divorce and second one for maintenance, filed against Pavan Kalyan are under trail in Visakhapatnam family court. Court adjourned this case to 10th of this month.
