Looks like the producers in the film industry are outdoing each other in getting superstars and megastars to attend their audio release functions. Well, if it is someone like Kamal Haasan, it ought to be an international star to match up to his stature.
So, the producer of his multi-lingual film 'Dasavataram', is flying down none other than Jackie Chan for the audio release function to be held in Chennai on April 2. Apparently, Jackie was thrilled by the idea of seeing Kamal who will be seen in 10 different roles in the film and gave the nod immediately.
But the film itself is nothing short of international standards. Two special sets have been erected for the film – one of a 12th century Vishnu temple and another of American White House.
Also the technicians who had worked on Hollywood productions such as Titanic and Water World have worked on this film too. The film will be released worldwide towards the end of April with 1200 prints.
The film has Asin and Mallika Sherawat playing lead roles opposite Kamal Haasan. The music has been composed by Bollywood’s sensational music director Himesh Reshammiya.
