Megastar continues to keep political parties in the state guessing about his plans of entering the politics. Even as pressure is mounting from fans to take a plunge into politics, Chiranjeevi is keeping his cards close to his chest. While the ruling Congress and the main opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) are wary of the impact his entry would have on their prospects in the 2009 elections.
Today Congress Party welcomed Megastar to join Congress. " Chiranjeevi is a very good person. We welcome him in to congress, if he is interested and also we assure him a central ministry," said Stare's Congress party temporary chief GS Rao.
Will Megastar, with such a huge fan fallowing will accept congress offer? Meanwhile it is being said that Megastar is very keen on entering into politics with a new party and he and his camp has already started preparations. If everything is to be believed Megastar is all getting ready to announce his political party on the occasion of Telugu New Year.
